Chrysalis is a charity supporting transgender people and their significant others.  It is local to the UK southern region.

They run on a regular basis Trans and Questioning Group, Significant Others Support Groups and Wellbeing Drop-In Centres in Southampton, Portsmouth & Fareham, Bournemouth and

The Beaumont Society is one of the oldest transgender charities, established in 1966.  It's membership is predominantly more senior trans-people.
